. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most eligible items for a refund.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at zr1t99@gmail.com with details of the product and photos of the defect or damage.
